CrossFit Deluge and Graham Auto Repair are hosting a mobile blood drive with Cascade Regional Blood Services from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 1 at CrossFit Deluge, 10113 213th St. Ct E, Graham.
To donate blood, people must sign up in advance at https://signup.com/go/crbs-DCrossfitDeluge. Walk-in donations will not be accepted.
Prior to donating blood, people should make sure they eat well, drink plenty of non-caffeinated fluids and bring their picture ID. People younger than 18 must have a signed parental permission to donate form.
