The Lady Cruiser volleyball team kicked off its season last week when it hosted the White River Hornets at Rainier Connect Arena, Feb. 23. The Hornets would down the Cruisers in straight sets, 25-6, 25-10 and 25-3, to take the win, 3-0.
On Thursday, the Cruisers looked to bounce back when they traveled to Steilacoom to take on the Sentinels. That bounce back was thwarted by the Sentinels, who won all three sets, 25-7, 25-8 and 25-4.
