Girls Soccer
Sept. 12 -- Lost 3-0 to Yelm
Sept. 17 - Beat Cascade Christian 3-0. The first goal was scored by Hannah Kralik and assisted by Kennedy Noble. Noble took the ball down the sideline and took a shot from outside the 18. It hit the crossbar and bounced back into the field of play, and Kralik was there to smash it into the back of the net. The Cruisers' second goal was scored by Noble, unassisted. Noble dribbled the ball down the sideline and scored from a shot from outside the 18. The Cruisers final goal was also scored by Noble and assisted by Ryan Stammen. Stammen sent the ball over the field of play behind Cascade Christian’s back line, and Noble beat the Cougars with speed to send it into the back of the net.
Volleyball
Sept. 13 -- Lost 3-0 to Morton-White Pass
Sept. 14 -- Lost 3-0 to Toledo
Boys Tennis
Sept. 13 -- Lost 5-0 to Klahowya
Sept. 15 -- Lost 4-1 to Cascade Christian
Cross Country
Sept. 14 -- Took second to Montesano, missing first place by only 2 points. The Cruisers still had a good showing at the 1A Evergreen League meet. Joey Mueller, Colton Rush and Owen Van Eaton finished second, third and fourth, respectively. Grace Coonrod took second for the girls.
Swimming
Sept. 13 -- Lost 116-48 to Steilacoom. First-place finishers for the Cruisers were Kaylee Bernt (200-yard freestyle) and Grace Forsman (200-yard individual medley).
Sept. 15 -- Tumwater (no results)
