Brooks Moeller of Eatonville High School has been named by the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association (WIAA) as a Football Athlete of the Week for his performance in the 2A West Central District playoffs Nov. 5. Moeller caught eight passes for 130 yards and a touchdown, and he ran in a two-point conversion in Eatonville’s 59-42 victory over Sequim that put the Cruisers in the state tournament. On defense, the senior had five tackles and intercepted a pass. The WIAA is the governing body of high school athletics in Washington.
