After taking a year off from the Sea Gals dance squad, Brittany Talbott is back at it for the Seattle Seahawks' 2014 National Football League season. Talbott, who returned to the sidelines at CenturyLink Field with the Sea Gals for the Seahawks' home exhibition games in August and for the regular-season opener Thursday against Green Bay, is a former member of the dance team at Eatonville High School, where she graduated in 2008. She has taught children's dance classes at Frontier Park in Graham, and as she told The Dispatch in an interview in 2011, she uses her experience of trying out for the Sea Gals as an example for kids if their dance lessons seem hard. Talbott failed three times in auditions before finally being picked by the Sea Gals. "Always keep trying,GÇ¥ she said.
