A run in the first inning for Cascade Christian stood up for a 1-0 victory over Eatonville in a Nisqually League high school baseball game last Thursday. Eatonville starting pitcher Brac Tollefson, who worked the first four innings, and reliever Jesse Mustered were backed by defensive gems GÇô a diving, unassisted double play by shortstop Jesse Bollen, an over-the-shoulder catch of a fly ball by first baseman Caleb Keefer, and backstopping by catcher Connor Wienholz. But Cascade Christian limited the Cruisers collectively to two hits to secure the shutout.
