Cleo Janice Logan, "Jan," born Feb. 23,1945, died peacefully on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 with her daughters and grandchildren by her side. She is survived by her husband Robert Logan, children Adrian Poore (Cathy), Robin Simpson (Todd), Kimberly Crittenden (Shawn), Bob Poore and Tony Logan, her siblings Julia Mitchell (Bill), Pat Shuffelen (Gene), Tom Carter (Irene) and Wayne Carter. She is preceded in death by her daughter Tracy Pettigrew, parents Claude and Bertha Carter, brothers Jay, Bob and Don Carter, and sister Sharon Young. She leaves behind 21 grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Jan was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who dedicated the last two years of her life to raising her granddaughter. She had a heart of gold, and treated everybody that crossed her path like family. She will be missed dearly by many.
