Through conversation, it was brought to my attention that Eatonville meals for seniors on Monday, Wednesday and Friday really needs volunteers. I offered to drive up from Spanaway to help. They smiled and said, "No.GÇ¥ I am on oxygen and use a cane, but I could dish food up or wash dishes. Then it came to mind that maybe people in Eatonville that are being helped with food stamps, welfare, L&I and other agencies might like to help. It would do wonders for their self-esteem and teach their children how to be helpful, too. If everyone would help each other, what a wonderful world we could have. I hope this doesn't offend anyone, and they can receive some much-needed help. Nina Reiten Spanaway
