Melville (Tony) Surface went to rest December 26th, 2015, comfortable at home with his family. He was preceeded in death by his wife, Libby and they enjoyed raising Saint Bernards and living in Eatonville for many years. Tony came from a family of 12 from Whidby Island, Washington. Tony had a full and wonderful life of 81 years and enjoyed his last few years living with his daughter and son in law. He made people smile everywhere he went. Whether he was traveling every week to the beach to "helpGÇ¥ Terry, going to Sonoma to cheer on Kurt Bush, meeting the guys for coffee, or just relaxing at home, he always had a smile and a well worn joke! Tony loved his life and made the most of every day, enjoying his family, cheering on hte Seahawks and being a proud father to: Theresa (Terry) Hawes, Greg (Holly) Surface, and Kellie (Greg) Korsgren, Grandpa to: Rocky, T.J., Matt, Jordan, Bethy, Christian, Tory, Haley, and Elias and Great Poppa to Autumn and Ella Hawes. He will be greatly missed and leaves a huge void in our lives and hearts.
