Cruisers win some, lose some on mats

Eatonville defeated one of its three opponents in a three-way high school wrestling meet and lost to W.F. West in a separate clash in recent action.

The Cruisers beat Mount Tahoma 52-21, led by pins by Dawsen Wilcox, Tanner Haugen and Kjellson Nykreim. Eatonville’s other opposition on Dec. 8 -- Franklin Pierce and Redmond came out on top 53-30 and 54-23, respectively.

West prevailed over the Cruisers 64-6 on Dec. 21.
