Annual Evening at Adam’s raises $15K for Housing Hope East County projects

By Brandon Macz

Housing Hope reports the annual Evening at Adam’s event raised $15,000 for the nonprofit’s work in East Snohomish County.

Hosted by chef Adam Hoffman at his Adam’s Northwest Bistro in Monroe, the event drew in nearly 60 supporters for feasting and fundraising.

“I am proud of what Housing Hope is doing for families in East County,” said Hoffman in a Housing Hope news release. “It is a privilege to partner with Housing Hope to support our community through this event.”

The funds will support homeless and low-income families in the Monroe, Sultan, Gold Bar and Snohomish communities. Housing Hope has been active in the Sky Valley for the past 14 years.

“The generosity of this community is incredible,” said Housing Hope CEO Fred Safstrom in the release. “This strong partnership with Adam’s Northwest Bistro helps us break the cycle of poverty, starting with our families right here in the Sky Valley.”
