Annual Maltby Food Bank auction

The Maltby Food Bank will host its eighth charity auction and dinner 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, at The Golf Club at Echo Falls.

Sponsored by the Langston Family of Snohomish and hosted by auctioneer Kevin Van Hollebeke, the gala event supports the food bank's mission to better provide and distribute food, personal care items, school supplies and holiday gifts to families in need. This year's fund-a-need focuses on year-round fresh produce and dairy.

The Golf Club at Echo Falls will open its doors at 4:30 p.m. for registration and a silent auction, which runs until the 6:30 p.m. sit-down dinner, which includes a steak, salmon or vegetarian entr+¬e.
