Jake Peckenpaugh, son of John and Allison Peckenpaugh, has earned the Boy Scout of America's highest rank of Eagle Scout.
Peckenpaugh is an eighth-grader at Centennial Middle School in Snohomish. His father is clinic director at Monroe Physical Therapy and his mother is a kindergarten teacher at Fryelands Elementary School.
Peckenpaugh's Eagle Scout project was creating bullpens and a roundabout at North Snohomish Little League.
