Newly appointed Rep. Carolyn Eslick will host a “Coffee with your Representative” event 10-11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 14, at Tuscano’s Italian Kitchen in Monroe.
Eslick just left her role as Sultan mayor to take the 39th District position in the Washington House of Representatives over from John Koster. Koster vacated his seat to be executive director of the Washington State County Road Administration Board.
While mayor, Eslick held weekly coffee chats with Sultan residents, and the Nov. 14 meeting will now reflect a districtwide conversation. Eslick wants to hear from constituents before the 2018 legislative session starts in January.
Tuscano’s is at 14919 N. Kelsey St., Monroe.
