The younger son of George Wagner by Anna Mabel Wagner, Frank W. Wagner was born April 9, 1878. He lost his sight while in college. He never married.
Frank Wagner closed the Wagner & Wilson Mill in 1936 and opened the Wagner Lumber Company in 1938. He died March 9, 1957.
Frank Wagner Elementary School is named in his honor.
