This photo was addressed to Mrs. S. W. Louden in Snohomish and signed Siliva. It was postmarked "Monroe, Oct. 8, 1908.GÇ¥ It was taken before Old City Hall was built in the summer and fall of 1908 on the empty lot just east of the Washington Hotel. The Pearsall Hotel is at far left.
