Geoff Tate, of Queensr++che fame, spent some time hanging out in Sultan this weekend. The dynamic vocalist visited Bubba's Roadhouse Bar & Grill on Saturday, Dec. 27, to see the Voodoos play an acoustic set. The lead singer of the band, Mark Daly, was celebrating his birthday.
Tate, who is known for his extraordinary vocal range, was one of the founding members of Queensr++che. In 1988 Queensr++che released their concept album, "Operation: Mindcrime,GÇ¥ which went platinum. "MindcrimeGÇ¥ is considered by many as one of the greatest concept albums of all time.
