Sky Performing Arts is partnering with the Monroe Concert Band and Stanza Performing Arts to present the musical, which starts Sept. 19 at the Wagner Performing Arts Center, 639 W. Main St., Monroe. There will be performances on Sept.-á19, 20, 21, 25, 26, 27 and 28.
