The community is invited to "Raise the Light of AwarenessGÇ¥ at Lake Tye Park this Friday at 7 p.m. at Lake Tye Park.
The event was conceived from an outpouring of grief resulting from a suicide last weekend of a popular local young man.
Resources for those who are struggling with depression will be available at the event. Candles will be provided, but participants are asked to bring a candle if possible.
