Monroe Chamber introduces Holiday Artisan Bazaar, seeks vendors

In the spirit of encouraging shoppers to buy local, the Monroe Chamber of Commerce is kicking off the holiday season with their first ever holiday artisan bazaar, which will take place on Saturday Nov. 29 and Sunday Nov. 30.
The bazaar will take place from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. in Monroe's historic downtown core, and will include a wine-tasting.
Monroe Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Una Wirkebau-Hartt is currently seeking artists, jewelry makers, painters, authors, woodworkers, silversmiths, horticulturists more to be a part of the bazaar.
Whether amateur or professional, all are welcome to apply. A total of 10,000 square feet of space will be divided up among participants.
The event will continue on December 6 and 7.
