Open house will celebrate managing librarian Betsy Lewis' retirement

Monroe Library invites the community to an open house in honor of Betsy Lewis, Monroe Managing Librarian, as she retires after over 22 years of service with Sno-Isle Libraries.
Betsy began her career in 1991, working at the Lynnwood Library. In her tenure with Sno-Isle Libraries, she also worked at the Mountlake Terrace Library. She became Manager of the Monroe Library in 1996. Betsy's work in the community was instrumental in passing the bond to build a new library for Monroe in 2002.
The open house will be held Monday, June 30, from 2-4 p.m. at Monroe Library, 1070 Village Way.
