Police Blotter: Feb. 10-17

Friday, Feb. 10

7:54 a.m. — A laptop was reported stolen from a business in the 19600 block of State Route 2. The burglar entered through a broken window.

8:37 a.m. — An attempted vehicle theft was reported in 17000 block of Beaton Road Southeast. A window and ignition were reported damaged.

9:27 a.m. — A backpack, keys and boxes were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 14000 block of Fryelands Boulevard.

5:01 p.m. — Prescription drugs were reported stolen in the 17400 block of West Main Street.

5:40 p.m. — Police arrested a woman on a domestic violence charge in the 16000 block of Tatty Avenue Southeast.

7:25 p.m. — A business in the 300 block of Butler Street reported receiving repeated threatening calls from a disgruntled customer.

Saturday, Feb. 11

12:17 a.m. — A woman was trespassed from a residence in the 100 block of Woods Street.

12:45 p.m. — A business in the 17400 block of 147th Street Southeast reported an employee theft.

6:41 p.m. — Police responded to the 18800 block of State Route 2 for a two-vehicle collision. One driver was arrested on a hit-and-run charge. 

Sunday, Feb. 12

1:59 a.m.— A vehicle reportedly struck a parked vehicle in the 15300 block of Heintz Avenue Southeast and left the area.

1:31 p.m. — Police conducted an assault investigation in the 16700 block of 170th Drive Southeast.

Monday, Feb. 13

7:44 a.m. — A laptop and miscellaneous items were reported stolen from a portable building in the 200 block of East Fremont Street.

2:32 p.m. — A GPS device was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 14000 block of Fryelands Boulevard.

2:50 p.m. — The driver’s window to a vehicle in the 19700 block of 137th Street Southeast was damaged in an attempted prowl. 

6:11 p.m. — Police arrested a man on a trespassing charge in the 19600 block of State Route 2.

6:39 p.m. — A green Honda Civic was reported stolen from a driveway in the 200 block of Dickinson Street.

8:47 p.m. — Police arrested a man on a warrant and drug charges in the 100 block of East Main Street.

Tuesday, Feb. 14

8:34 a.m. — Police arrested a driver at Elizabeth and North Kelsey streets on an outstanding warrant.

11:01 a.m. — Police arrested a driver for reckless driving in the 19100 block of North Kelsey Street.

6:41 p.m. — Police arrested arrested a driver for DUI and possession of drugs with intent to deliver after they struck a parked car driving the wrong way at South Ferry and East Fremont streets.

11:14 p.m. — A man was trespassed from a business in the 19600 block of State Route 2.

Wednesday, Feb. 15

9:59 a.m. — Police arrested a woman for shoplifting and resisting arrest in the 100 block of South Lewis Street.

11:33 a.m. — A man was trespassed from a business in the 200 block of East Main Street.

2 p.m. — Police arrested a man on an outstanding felony warrant in the 17000 block of Tester Road.

5:22 p.m. — Police arrested a man on an outstanding Department of Corrections felony warrant in the 18800 block of State Route 2.

8:17 p.m. — Police responded to the 16700 block of 177th Avenue Southeast to assist with a fire that was intentionally set in a facility.

Thursday, Feb. 16

4 p.m. — Money was reported missing from a wallet in the 15400 block of 179th Avenue Southeast.

4:26 p.m. — A storage unit in the 300 block of South Kelsey Street was broken into. 

Friday, Feb. 17

1:39 a.m. — A black bag with drugs was found in the 14000 block of Fryelands Boulevard and turned in.
