Friday, May 19


8:13 a.m. — The window to a truck was shattered by someone throwing rocks at it in the 16300 block of 177th Avenue Southeast.


10:33 a.m. — Police chased down and arrested a shoplifter in the 18800 block of State Route 2. His vehicle was impounded.


Saturday, May 20


8:26 a.m. — Police arrested a man for burglary and harassment in the 300 block of Arthur Lane.


3:21 p.m. — A semi-truck struck a light pole at South Lewis and West Fremont streets, then left the scene.


11:21 p.m. — Police contacted eight people in a vehicle in the 14700 block of 179th Avenue Southeast for suspected drug use. The vehicle was impounded, and two people were arrested on outstanding warrants.


Sunday, May 21


6:29 p.m. — A boy’s bicycle was reported stolen in the 600 block of Monroe Street.


Monday, May 22


7:51 a.m. — A boy’s bicycle was reported stolen from a front porch in the 500 block of West Main Street sometime overnight.

12:53 p.m. — Two men reportedly stole power tools from a store in the 19300 block of Tjerne Place Southeast.


4:18 p.m. — Police arrested a man on domestic violence charges in the 400 block of North Kelsey Street.


Tuesday, May 23


12:05 a.m. — Police arrested a man for driving under the influence at West Main Street and Village Way.


3:40 a.m. — A man reportedly threw a rock at a windshield in the 18800 block of State Route 2.


11:29 a.m. — A man reportedly grabbed a woman’s purse as she was walking through a parking lot in the 18800 block of State Route 2.


9:27 p.m. — Police took a report in the 800 block of West Main Street of a threat sent via email.


Wednesday, May 24


7:33 p.m. — Credit cards were reported stolen in the 14000 block of Fryelands Boulevard.


9:57 p.m. — Police arrested a man on an outstanding warrant in the 19100 block of Tjerne Place Southeast. A drug charge was pending.
