Sno-Isle Libraries seeking Snohomish County board member to fill trustee seat

The Sno-Isle Libraries Board of Trustees is seeking a Snohomish County resident to complete a trustee position that expires on Dec. 31, 2019.

Sno-Isle Libraries serves Snohomish and Island counties, which includes a branch in Monroe.

The library board sets policies, reviews and approves the annual budget and provides general district direction. Board members also advocate on behalf of the district to local and state governments.

The Snohomish County Council must approve the final candidate.
