Sultan Ed. Foundation celebrates 20 years, hosts golf tourney

The Sultan Education Foundation is hosting a golf tournament on Sept. 14 at Blue Boy West Golf Course at 27927 Florence Acres Rd., Monroe.
Check in is at 7 a.m. The tournament is a four-person best-ball format with two shotgun starts. The cost of $60 per person, or $240 per team (maximum six people) includes 18 holes of golf, green fees, dinner, prizes and awards.
All 3-pars on the course are for big prizes. For example: If someone hits a hole-in-one at -á#3 they win $10,000.00 cash.
Non-golfers can support the cause by joining the dinner party at 5:30 p.m. after the tournament. Please RSVP for the dinner.
The Sultan Education Foundation is celebrating its 20th year. In 2013, $18,500.00 was awarded to the graduates of the Sultan High Class of 2013 bringing the grand total of awards to over $300,000.00 since 1993.
