The YMCA of Snohomish County is hosting a Thanksgiving day Burn the Bird event across all of its county branches with the goal of bringing in food and toys, while helping people burn a few calories ahead of the big meal.
The Monroe/Sky Valley Family YMCA Burn the Bird activities run 8-10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 26, at 14033 Fryelands Blvd.
