The Eatonville Lions Club recently announced the winners of this year's two academic scholarships. Eatonville seniors Maximus VanEaton and Ryan Mueller will each be receiving a $1000 scholarship to help with their first year in college.
VanEaton looks forward to attending Linfield University in Oregon, and Mueller plans to attend Western Washington University in Bellingham. According to the announcement, both boys have participated in the community and in school activities, including student government, sports, drama and music, all while maintaining high grades.
