Student honors

Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas, has announced the students achieving the Dean's List designation for the 2021 spring semester, including Dana Lorentz of Eatonville. To be eligible for the ASU Dean's List, full-time undergraduate students must maintain a 3.25 or better grade point average on a 4.0 scale. Lorentz is majoring in Interdisciplinary Studies at Angelo State.

 

Local students were among those who earned dean's list recognition at George Fox University for the spring 2021 semester. Traditional undergraduate students must earn a 3.5 grade point average or above on 12 or more hours of graded work to earn a spot on the dean's list.

Eatonville:

Nickolas Schier, senior, engineering

Graham:

Hannah Beardemphl, sophomore, exercise science
Emily LaRue, senior, nursing
Isabella Thomas, senior, management

 

Local students were among the undergraduate, adult degree and graduate-level students who received diplomas from George Fox University in the spring of 2021. From Graham, Melissa McPheeters, master of education, and Jacob Stickell, doctor of physical therapy.
