News Next Door: Eatonville Easter events

Two Eatonville churches are hosting public Easter events Sunday. Both events are open to the public and everyone is welcome to attend.

The United Methodist Church is hosting a non-denominational community sunrise service from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. at Eatonville High School Stadium. Other churches will be participating. Participants should dress warmly and bring blankets on which to sit. People should enter through the center door of Eatonville High School stadium.

As well, CenterPoint Church will host an in-person gathering at 10 a.m. at the property next to the skate park by Mill Pond Park. Right after the service will be an Easter egg hun for children who are in elementary school or younger. People who cannot attend the in-person gathering can watch online services at 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. at centerpoint.org by clicking on the services link.
