While Medicaid exists in all states, each state offers slightly different services and tailors specific financial and functional eligibility guidelines. Washington state Medicaid, called Apple Health, provides preventative care, like cancer screenings, treatment for diabetes and high blood pressure and many other health care services such as immunizations, health home programs, transportation and more. In addition to Medicaid, this presentation will also include information about alternative programs and their available services, qualifications and application procedures.

The event is free, but advance registration is required either online or by calling the ADRC, 253-798-4600.
