Helen Margaret Bentley December 12, 1935-August 5, 2022
We are sad to announce the passing of Helen Margaret Bentley, loving mother and wife of Robert Bentley. Helen died at the age of 86 on August 5, 2022 in the presence of loved ones. She was born on December 12, 1935 in Anaconda Montana to Edward Dudley Emmett and Bertha Mable Wood. She married her husband Bob of 69 years on August 10, 1953 in Mineral Washington. They made their home in Alder Washington in 1955 where they raised three daughters. She loved to hunt and fish with her husband and she was an accomplished quilter. She is remembered for her love of family, generosity and tenacity for life. She is survived by her husband Bob, daughters Doreen, Sherry, and Pam, 7 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. To honor her memory we are holding a celebration of her life at the Ohop Grange, September 10th, 2022, 41608 Mountain Highway East from 12pm-3 pm. We invite anyone who knew her to attend and remember her wonderful life.
