Cruiser soccer comes up short, drop last matches of season

The Eatonville Cruiser boys soccer team fought until the end but came up short in their last two matches of the season.

On May 2, they hosted the Tenino Beavers and came away with a 4-2 loss. Josiah Goode and Austen Quirie scored for the Cruisers, with Quirie scoring his first career goal.

On May 4, the Cruisers hosted the Hoquiam Grizzlies on Eatonville's Senior Night.

The Cruisers honored their two seniors, Ayden Lilly and Sebastian Montes De Oca Molina.

The Cruisers hoped to erase a two-game skid but came away on the short end with another 4-2 loss.

Riley Rockey scored both goals in the game for Eatonville with assists from Kevin Tomyn on each.
