I ask myself, Where has all the time gone? This group of young adults was my last class to teach at Weyerhaeuser Elementary School (Eatonville School District) before retirement. As I look at their faces in a class photo from 2006-07, I smile and can remember something about each one. In my teaching years, I have taught close to 600 students, and I remember each one. Some are now teachers, nurses, active servicemen and servicewomen, a filmmaker in Yew York, beauticians, business people. And I just read in the The Dispatch that Jessica Erickson is now a lawyer (June 17, People). Every student has a piece of my heart, because they were all "Reiten's precious angels."
