Two close losses 24 hours apart ended the 2014-15 high school basketball seasons for Eatonville's girls and boys teams. Competing in the 1A District 4 playoffs, the girls lost Tuesday to White Salmon 34-33, and the boys fell to King's Way Christian 48-46 Wednesday. Both games were loser-out affairs, meaning the winners advanced in the tournament and the losers called it quits. King's Way Christian moved on to a game Friday against Kalama in which both teams are assured of berths in the regionals. Kalama beat Eatonville 50-48 in a District 4 first-round game Feb. 12.
