Mount Rainier National Park admitted visitors free of charge on Jan. 19 in recognition of the national Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday.-áEight more fee waiver days are scheduled this year, starting next month with Feb. 14-16 for the Presidents Day Weekend. Also coming up are: " April 18-19, first weekend of National Park Week. " Aug. 25, National Park Service's anniversary. irthday " Sept. 26, National Public Lands Day. " Nov. 11, Veterans Day. The standard vehicle admission fee is $15. The National Park Service is considering raising it to $25 this year.
