Joe was born in Tacoma, Wash., April 30, 1938, to Albert William and Lorene Elaine Miller Voracek. Joe attended Lacamas Grade School (near Roy, Wash.) and graduated from Eatonville High School in 1956 where he played football and ran track. He married Dorothy Whitney in the Cardston LDS Temple. After high school, Joe worked at Hygrades until it closed, and then he moved to Utah, where he served as maintenance supervisor at a local spa. He passed away in St. George, Utah, on Dec. 7, 2012. Joe leaves behind his wife Dorothy, four children, 17 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren. Plus two brothers GÇô Bill in California and George in Spanaway. Interment at Tonaquint Cemetery, St George, Utah.
