Late scoring pushes Tenino past Eatonville

Tenino broke a tie by scoring two runs in the final inning and beat Eatonville 5-3 in a 1A Evergreen League high school fastpitch game last Friday. Eatonville had knotted the score at 3-3 by scoring all of its runs in the fifth inning. Two of them were driven in by pitcher Baley Porter. Tenino opened the contest on Eatonville's turf with a two-run first inning. Porter, with a triple to go along with her two RBIs, Taylor Wood and Autumn Holt (each with a double), and Hannah Mitchell (one RBI) were the Cruisers' leaders on offense.
