Linda finished her race and went with angels into the arms of her Lord Sept. 29, 2012. She was welcomed by her sons, John and Chris, as well as a child she hadn't met, and her parents Gordon and Dorothy Lundin. Linda's bright smile is now making Heaven just a little brighter. Left behind to mourn while treasuring beautiful memories of this angel are her husband of 51 years, Roger, sons Steve (Terri) of Hillsboro, Ore., Eric (Gail) of Eatonville; brother Dale of Orting; and her precious grandchildren, Nick, Andrew (Amber) and Lauren, twins Shawn and Shelby, Haley, twins Kristen and Katie Magnuson and Jason (Crystal), Jeremy and James (Denise) Link and great-granddaughter Chloe Link.
Linda was a truly beautiful and talented lady who was an extraordinary friend, mother, grandmother and wife. Even when in the grips of this terrible disease, she never lost her sense of humor, smile and mischievous grin.
A special thank you to Franciscan Hospice and the staff at Kym's Cottage AFH who gave her such loving care. Alzheimer's did not win, Linda did.
Services will be held on Saturday, Oct. 13 at 2 p.m. at Eatonville Baptist Church, 825 Eatonville Hwy. Phone: 360-832-6913.
