Alfred “Al” Wright Holdt September 14, 1928 - October 4, 2017

Alfred “Al” Wright Holdt, born September 14, 1928 in Seattle, WA, departed this life on October 4, 2017 in Sultan, WA.  He was 89.  Al proudly served his country in the US Army.  He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with his family.  Al is survived by his loving wife, Beverly, his children, Ronald Holdt (Sheila) of Shoreline, Carol Holdt (Donald Mundinger) of Oregon City, OR, Gary Holdt (Stacy) of Renton, step-children, Dowie Marzolf (David) of Monroe, Michael “Shawn” Monaghan (Kerry) of Snohomish, Roschelle Monaghan (Brad) of Monroe, his sister Margaret Christenson of Riverside, CA, and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by step-son Kevin Monaghan, brother Hugh Holdt, sister Pauline Pyle, father Alfred C. Holdt, and mother Gladys G.
