DeAnna J. Michalski (Bloedel)

DeAnna J. Michalski (Bloedel) was born in 1937 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and passed away peacefully in November, 2015 in Snohomish, Washington. DeAnna loved being a mother to her children, and was the best caretaker for her husband of 60 years during his failing health and time of need. DeAnna was crafty with knitting and crochet needles, making slippers, blankets and many other treasures for her family and friends.-á She loved the sunshine and would be out in it anytime she could. Some of our best memories of time spent with her these past couple of years have been while we all enjoyed some sunshine and great conversation. DeAnna was preceded in death by her husband Robert and their children, James, Jean Scherbarth (Roy) and John. DeAnna is survived by her daughters Judith Lamp and Jill Henson (Justin) and her grandchildren, James (Valerie) and Michelle Lamp, Andrew and Patrick Scherbarth and her great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Nicholas, Hannah and Addison. A private ceremony will take place in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.-á Date and time to be determined. Arrangements entrusted to Purdy & Kerr with Dawson Funeral Home, Monroe, 360-794-7049, purdykerr.com.
