Focus on Seniors: The Spring Fling is here again!

By Holly Glen Gearhart, Contributing Writer
Spring is here and the dine-and-dance event at the East County Senior Center is back!
The evening includes dance tunes from the Moonlight Swing Orchestra, which includes 20 musicians on horns and drums who play the tunes that made swing the music you cannot resist.
The center will serve chicken primavera between 5 and 6:30 p.m., and you can dance from 6 to 8 p.m. Merrill Gardens will serve dessert.
Your support will benefit ECSC's many programs. Early registration is encouraged, as the event has known to draw a full house.
The event is Saturday, May 3 from 5-8 p.m.
Early tickets go for $7 per person, the night of the event $9 per person, and a cash bar for wine and beer will be available.
For reservations, prepay over the phone with your credit card by calling (360) 794-6359. You can call for more information, or stop by the East County Senior Center, 276 Sky River Pkwy.
