Kay Colleen (Pownall) Nesseth- October 29, 1953 - November 11, 2017

Kay Colleen (Pownall) Nesseth, 64, was called to Heaven on November 11, 2017 at her Fairy Hill Farm in Snohomish, Washington.

Colleen was born October 29, 1953 in Monroe to Robert and Joy (Rae) Pownall. She grew up primarily in Skykomish. After marrying her first husband Earl Miller, she traveled and lived in other states until settling in Marysville. Colleen married her second husband, Robert (Bob) Nesseth in 1991. For the last 17 years they have resided in Snohomish with their daughter, the youngest of Colleen’s four children.

Colleen was blessed to give birth to and is survived by her four beloved children and their families. Oldest daughter, Heather (husband Bruce, children Garrett, Keegan and Baella), son Darren (wife Patricia, children Gabriella, Stella and Schuyler), daughter Autumn (husband Dave, children Madison and Rivers) and daughter Blair. She is also survived by her husband Bob, her mother Joy, several siblings, aunts and uncles, cousins and loved ones.

She loved her Fresian horses, dogs, her cats Skippy and Juju, and her farm full of animals. She enjoyed cooking, spending time with her family, trips with the senior center, her Sundays at the farmers market, and trips to the ocean. We love you to the moon and back.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 24th, from 11am-8pm at Purdy & Kerr with Dawson Funeral Home, 409 W. Main St., Monroe, WA 98272. A Funeral Mass will be held the following day, Saturday, November 25th, at 1pm at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 2617 Cedar St., Everett, WA 98201.  Burial will follow at the IOOF Cemetery in Monroe.
