In Loving Memory of JoAnne Williams
JoAnne was born in Morton on January 17th, 1930. She past away quietly in her sleep on November 4th, 2021. JoAnne was a longtime resident of Eatonville Washington, starting from grade school on up through high school and continued to live in Eatonville until the last few years of her life, when JoAnne and Dave moved to a retirement home in Puyallup. Sadly, she lost her husband two years after moving. Dave died on February 9th, 2018, at age 94. She was very proud of her roots in Eatonville, and she sold Avon Cosmetics in the community for some 30 years. She worked at the voting polls in Eatonville over 20 years. She belonged to the Orthopedic Guild for many years. She was raised going to the United Methodist Church, the little white church on the corner of Mashell Ave and Carter St, but after marrying Dave and having children she converted to the Catholic religion and became a regular member of Our Lady of Good Council. She is survived by her children Diane, Mike (Monica), and John (Vickie). Also, many grandchildren, and great grandchildren. JoAnne was laid to rest next to her husband at Fir Lane Memorial Park on Monday November 22nd, 2021, with only family in attendance. At JoAnne’s request there will be no memorial service.
