The 25th annual Tour de Pierce bicycle ride is scheduled for June 28 and will include marked routes of 30 and 50 miles, plus one of 12 miles designed for families or inexperienced riders. Participants can start the ride, hosted by Pierce County Parks and Recreation, between 7:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. at the Washington State Fairgrounds in Puyallup, where it also will end. The advance-registration fee by June 12 is $14 per person or $42 for a family of four from the same household. Shirts that are ordered ahead will cost $20.
