Chef and Adam's Northwest Bistro and Brewery owner Adam Hoffman is adding a four-course tasting menu at his North Lewis Street restaurant for New Year's Eve.
The New Year's Eve tasting menu is $45 and starts with an arugala salad with rabbit confit, brandy soaked raisins, shaved red onion, toasted almonds and mustard-red wine vinaigrette.
Other courses include shrimp bisque with sesame crusted shrimp, marinated vegetables and chili oil, with a roasted rack of lamb for the main course, coupled with brown butter potato gnocchi, lemon and parmesan cheese, Brussel sprouts and a ruby port-dry cherry demi. A flowerless dark chocolate cake with mocha brittle and hazelnut cr+¿me anglaise finishes the meal. The restaurant will also offer a special wine pairing for $25, which includes four wines to complement the New Year's Eve tasting menu.
