The Eatonville Cruiser track team competed in another league meet last week at Elma where both the boys and girls came away with victories and many athletes bringing home first-place wins.
Five athletes on the boys team recorded first-place finishes, while the girls had a total of eight take home first place. Overall, the Cruisers took the top spot in 16 events on the day.
Hannah Hanson was multiple first-place winner with victories in the 100- and 200-meter races and was a member of the 4x100- and 4x200-meter relay teams that took first place. Lily Lightfoot took home first in the 100- and 300-meter hurdles.
Joseph Mueller grabbed first place in both the 1,600- and 3,200-meter races and picked up season best times in both.
